Does the Trace Card work with iPhone, or only Android?
Trace Card Pro is built for Android. It uses Google's Find My Device / Find Hub network, so you locate it from any Android phone or the Find Hub app. It is not designed for iPhone-only households.
How does the Trace Card actually find my things?
Once paired with your Android phone, the card taps into Google's Find My Device / Find Hub network — the world's largest Android crowd-finding network. Whenever your card is near any participating Android phone, its location updates privately on your map.
How thin is the card? Will it fit in my wallet?
It's about as thin as a credit card, so it slides into a wallet, card slot, passport holder, or bag — no bulky keychain fob to carry around.
How long does the battery last, and how do I recharge it?
A single charge lasts up to several months. When it runs low, just set it on a wireless charging pad — no cables and no disposable coin cells to replace.
What is the tracking range?
Bluetooth covers about the size of a room for direct ringing. Beyond that, the Find My Device / Find Hub network extends your reach anywhere other Android phones are nearby — across the city or the country.
Is it safe? What stops it being used for stalking?
The card supports Google's unknown-tracker alerts, which warn people if an unrecognized tracker appears to be traveling with them. It's privacy-safe by design.
How fast do you ship, and where do you deliver?
We offer free shipping across the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery currently takes about 8–12 days with tracking included.
What is your return policy?
You can return within 30 days if the item is unopened or shows no obvious signs of use. Email anksen.inc@gmail.com to start your return. Return shipping is paid by the customer, since outbound shipping is already free.
