30-Day Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened or shows no obvious signs of use.
Eligibility
- Request made within 30 days of delivery.
- Item is unopened, or opened but free of visible use, wear, or damage.
- Original packaging and accessories included where possible.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. (Outbound shipping on your order is already free.)
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email us at anksen.inc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will reply with the return address. Please do not ship anything back before you receive the return address from us.
- Send the item back to the provided address at your own cost.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges follow the same process; once your return is inspected, we will ship your replacement free of charge.
Non-Returnable Items
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items with obvious signs of use, damage, or missing accessories.
- Items marked as Final Sale.
